I can’t say enough good things about Battery Warehouse in York, PA! First, the price of the car battery beat quotes we had gotten elsewhere. We bought the battery and tried to install it ourselves, but it didn’t work quite right. We brought it back in and Frank Dunlop, the manager, was amazing!



They pulled the car right into the bay, replaced the battery on the spot, and made sure everything was running perfectly. The staff was friendly, quick, and professional, and they treated us like valued customers instead of just another sale.

I had a fantastic experience at this location. My battery terminal was cracked making it difficult to start my car. None of the local places I called replaced that part so I called the dealer and they quoted me $90 for the part and $90 in labor claiming the job was complicated because they had to do rewiring. Also they couldn't get me in for a week. Thank God based on a high recommendation I wound up at Battery Warehouse where Jacob Parrish helped me immediately. He fixed the problem inside 15 minutes, it wasn't complicated at all, and the parts only cost $8.45!!! Jacob and his coworker were such a blessing and saved me a ton of money. I'm thankful to Jesus for them both and HIGHLY recommend doing business at this location.

Absolutely amazing customer service from Colin today! A different mechanic charged me $180 for a diagnostic fee and missed that there was corrosion on the battery terminal. Colin not only found it, but cleaned it off for me. I have already recommended friends and family to visit if they need help with a battery. Came by to test my battery because it’s been struggling to start up from time to time. Sean came out to test and said it was fine but advised me to remove some wires hooked up to the battery as it could be pulling power from it. He came out with his tool and removed it himself. I recommend Battery Warehouse because they are the best. They sell the best batteries at the best price. I saved hundreds because they replaced my battery for a fraction what a garage/dealer would've cost me. My mower battery has lasted a few years already, still works like new, they sell the best, also thanks to their advice how to maintain it. They want me to get the best from their products as much as I want that too. That's why I am leaving this review.

This will be my battery place for life. Nathan is awesome also. My buddy got a deal half off last years battery's for trooling motor great deal. I did the same this year for mine and a cranking one for the outboard he ended up finding a bigger and better set then initially I was pumped . Paid 280 for more then $800 in batteries. Needed some for my diesel they had two refurbished very nice batteries, one cranking 1200 other at 900 different makes but both for 100 bucks. Can't beat it, they test and take very good care of you. They have adds on fb batteries and Nathan responded after hours on the weekends. His dedication to helping me was very impressive and will recommend to everyone

Appointments not excepted, so if you get there when they open (8:30), you will not have to wait long (I was second in line). In and out and on my way in twenty-one minutes. My grandma and I came in to get a new battery because we were misinformed that ours was old, but Mr. Dunlop explained to us they last 3-5 years and that we really didn't need a new one but he still offered one. He was very honest and very kind, a great guy, we will revisit if need too!

Asked them if I could swap my battery in the parking lot and the owner was very kind and told me that I could, they took my old battery for me. Called local Chrysler dealership they quoted $690 while another Chrysler dealership quoted $450+. Called Battery Warehouse and Sean quoted $260 for same item. Sean quickly installed both batteries (start stop and main battery) in less than 20 minutes. Fast service with great customer service and savings. Highly Recommend Sean and Cliff.

The employees here are great and very helpful! I’ve been here twice in the past week needing two different types of batteries. One of them being for a mobility scooter which surprisingly they carried! The second time they replaced my lawn mower battery. Before selling you a new battery they test the old one to make sure a battery replacement is what you actually need. 10/10 recommend!

Superior customer service. Chris was very knowledgeable and able to help me choose the exact battery for my specific application. Chris helped me to understand why a deep cycle battery was better for my application. He allowed me time to think and make a decision without any sales pressure. Once I decided, he measured the battery voltage to give me batteries that will charge evenly together. Certainly not something I would expect from a box store and impossible from an online retailer like Amazon. A great local resource that puts the customer first and is Kingdom focused. Had a bad battery and needed to stop early In the morning on the way to work and after reading reviews I decided to stop at battery Warehouse. Only thing I can say is Frank definitely lived up to all his reviews. Customer service exceptional, polite, kind. Any questions I had he answered without any hesitation. He left me with more than one option which was great because I was in a bit of a money jam at the time but we were able to find something that was affordable for me which is great and I still made it to work on time. Excellent, fast service with Battery Warehouse installing my new battery in it's trunk location. After handing them the keys. 20 minutes later I was on the road. My Dealership told me my battery checked out with no issues yet I still had to jump start my 2018 Chrysler 300C Hemi with only 30,000 miles. Battery Warehouse showed my old battery defective. I selected their best battery at a competitive price with the highest cranking power. Now Two months later. No issues plus i have a 36 month replacement warranty

Will helped me decide on a replacement deep cycle battery for my camper. Through much conversation, I decided on getting the same battery but with a little bit more amp hour. It seemed evident by talking it out that I wasn't ready to maintain a better quality battery. I appreciate Will's knowledge and helping me make a decision. I will always come back.
